9 Pink House Plants Perfect For Pink Lovers

We have always been about the beauty of plant variations and mother earth did not spare us the beauty of pink house plants to add to your space! Whether you’re a hardcore lover of pink or just looking for a colorful way spice up a space, try these pink beauties.

Fittonia (Nerve Plant)

Nerve plant (also known as Fittonia albivenis) is a wonderful tropical houseplant for tabletops, hanging baskets, and terrariums. It adds a distinctive touch to indoor decor because nerve plant’s rich green leaves are touched with bright pink. It looks outstanding in pots that play off the colors of the veins, but contrasting colors also make an outstanding impression.

 

Lilac Tradescantia

Once I thought this plant was hard to find until I realize it’s easier to get cutting that the entire plant. They are very easy to care for, making this a very good indoor plant to have around especially for newbies. Too much light and you’ll scorch the leaves. Too little, however, and you lose the color and pattern.

Calathea Triostar

These pink babies are closely related to the marantha family and like to be moist, but not wet, and don’t do well in direct sun.

Polka Dot Plant

Confetti Hypoestes is a versatile, easy to grow plant that is typically known for its unusual foliage colors. Its vivid color pattern is a popular and eye-catching addition to an eclectic indoor garden. Keep soil moderately moist.

Variegated Rubber Plant

This low maintenance beauty is a must in every home. Although these can grow to towering heights, keeping the plants in small pots will restrict their growth or you can just let it grow, grow, and grow. Either way, its a beauty to look at and care for.

Hoya Carnosa Tricolor

A tricolor Hoya Carnosa is recognizable by the color of their waxy leaves. Green, white and pink, this variety of hoya has pink stems that branch out into colorful leaves. Hoya Carnosa Variegata like bright, indirect light and water when the soil is dry.

Cordyline Pink Diamond (Hawaiian Ti)

This well know Thai selection has magnificent long large green leaves with bold white striping, bright pink at the bases where they attach to the stem. Although it is super popular as an outdoor plant, it flourish with bright light indoors.

Peperomia clusiifolia (Jelly Peperomia)

Jelly peperomia is a striking succulent that has large green leaves edged in cream and pink. They are handsome, adaptable plants grown for their showy leaves and tolerance for low light. Peperomia plants thrive despite neglect and will live for six or more years if grown under the right conditions.

Pink Princess Philodendron

By far one of my favorites, this plant has leaves that resembles a wall where went a little crazy with a paintbrush. Leaves are splashed, spotted, and streaked with color and shockingly easy to care for. They grow well in bright indirect light indoors and like moist but well-drained soil.

 

 

BONUS: LUDISIA DISCOLOR – Jewel Orchid

This beauty is called every color except pink, but it definitely looks pink to me. It’s velvety foliage gets me every time and I can’t help but include it with these pink beauties.
