This mom of two and cookbook author tells Agriculture Digest now that she has her sons, she wants to be mindful of what she feeds her family.
Her method for healthier diets and an eco-friendly lifestyle is to “grow everything and sustain everything that way,” she says.
I find it pretty remarkable how celebrities and others are getting back to our “roots” As a culture, our connection to the earth was painful memory. Whether is mainstream or not, I am for it.
